Three things
worth checking
Every category has its own gotchas. These three come up again and again.
Pick the right size
A mini skip suits a garage clear-out; a bathroom strip-out usually needs a 4m³ or bigger. Ask what fits your load before you pay.
Know what’s banned
Most companies won’t take asbestos, chemicals, tyres or medical waste. For those you need a licensed hazardous handler.
Check where it goes
Ask which landfill or facility the load ends up at, and for hazardous waste ask to see the EMA licence before you hand anything over.
